Warranty:

Your Tranquillo Massage Cushion includes a 2-year limited warranty against defects from the date

of purchase. During this period, Tranquillo may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product (or

the defective part) without charge for parts and labour, provided the fault is due to a

manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper maintenance,

unauthorised repairs or modifications, commercial use, power surges, normal wear and tear, or

cosmetic damage that does not affect function. Any use of the product not in accordance with the

safety and operating instructions may void the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, you will need to retain and provide your proof of purchase and contact

the original retailer with details of the issue. You may be asked for photos, the product serial or

batch number, and to return the product for assessment.

This 2-year limited warranty is provided by Tranquillo and applies only to the original purchaser.

It is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the consumer

protection laws of the country or region in which you purchased the product.
